Now we are recruiting forward-thinking and innovative professionals who’ll place Property and Asset Management at the heart of the council’s broader organisational change agenda.
Working in Capital Delivery, an established professional programme and project management team, the Programme Director will play a critical part in the continued transformation of the council. This programme is comprised of a five-year investment plan that includes the corporate office and commercial and housing schemes valued in excess of £500 million. Key projects include:
As our Programme Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers taking forward all aspects of significant construction projects with values up to £200 million from stage RIBA Zero to Seven. As such, you will have both significant management experience and practical experience of infrastructure projects or other projects of a comparable level of complexity. Prince2, APMP and construction-related qualifications are advantageous.
Evidence of working with, supporting and influencing senior clients and stakeholders is essential.
